We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Vehicle Trainer & Assessor in 3 States i.e. QLD, NSW and WA to join our team. The role is available for Part time, Casual and Full time
If someone have 2 years old HR licence and keen to be heavy vehicle trainer in any state, we are happy to accommodate.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners in heavy vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training and assessment for heavy vehicle licences and related competencies
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Ensure all training complies with relevant regulatory and safety requirements
Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation
Promote a strong safety culture and best practices in all training activities
Provide support and mentoring to learners throughout their training journey
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in heavy vehicle driving (e.g. HR, HC, MC licences)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Current and valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
